After conducting our village survey earlier this year, it was decided that a 20mph speed limit in Burton Bradstock would be well supported by the community. We have been advised by Dorset Council that a 2omph speed limit would be suited to the village given the current layout.
To support our application it is important to report any near misses on the Dorset Council road safety reporting page. This information, along with the collision map data, will strengthen our evidence for the 20mph application. We also have the support of our ward councillor Sally Holland who has emailed her support for our application to Dorset Council.
